Work Package 1: Project Management
Duration: M1-M12
Objective: The work package will be implemented throughout the duration of the project. This will ensure the coordination of activities and the fulfillment of the set goals within the specified time and financial frameworks.
Activities:
      A1 – Administrative project management.
      A2 – Financial management.
      A3 – Ensuring the quality of development.
Results:
      R1 – Project progress reports.
      R2 – Final project report.

Work Package 2: Requirements and Available Data Streams
Duration: M1-M3
Objective: The work package will provide an overview of existing data flows. It will include the definition and integration of data sources, as well as assumptions for the development of data models and system integration protocols.
Activities:
      A1 – Client requirements and specification.
      A2 – Overview of available heterogeneous data streams.
Results:
     R1 – Overview of existing data flows.
     R2 – Assumptions for the plan of the new data model

Work package 3: Planning and implementation of the new data model
Duration: M3-M10
Objective: In the given work package, we will focus on the development of a new data model for new heterogeneous data streams.
Activities:
      A1 – Designing the data model.
      A2 – Implementation of the data model.
Results:
     R1 – Data model over new data streams.

Work Package 4: Development and Integration of Advanced Data Processing Techniques
Duration: M10-M12
Objective: In the given work package, we will develop and integrate new techniques into the existing analytical platform located on the client’s side. As part of the work package, we would perform the testing and verification of the implemented techniques.
Activities:
      A1 – Development of new techniques for data analysis.
      A2 – Integration of developed solutions into the client’s analytical platform.
Results:
     R1 – Report on performed testing and verification.
     R2 – Report on the implemented integration.
     R3 – Upgrades usage instructions and use cases.

Work package 5: Dissemination of project activities
Duration: M1-M12
Objective: In the given work package, we will focus on the dissemination of developed solutions for the analytical platform. The scope of work includes the website of the project as well as the dissemination strategy, which will be determined under the control of the client in accordance with the ethical and security requirements of the client.
Activities:
      A2 – Development of a dissemination and communication strategy under the control of the client.
      A3 – Dissemination activities.
Results:
     R1 – Dissemination strategy and good practices.
     R2 – Project website.
     R3 – Scientific contributions.
