This project work incorporated cooperation i.e. technical consulting at the commission for evaluation of project bids for the modernization of real estate information systems at the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia. The commission had to choose between five bidders, mostly foreign, with Slovene cooperators. The work was performed in two phases. In the first phase, three bids were selected with respect to the technical adequacy of the proposed solutions, and the financial aspect was decided in the second stage. Both consultants from FERI were mostly concerned with the preliminary project plan, platform requirements plan and the proposed system architecture of each bid.
