The Spatial Analysis of Locations of Illegally Disposed and Abandoned (IDAL) Waste in the Environment and Spatially Linked Impact Factors with the Development of an Influence Model for IDAL Occurrence

Abstract:

Project focuses on leveraging advanced data analysis and predictive modeling to combat the issue of illegal dumping. The project involves analyzing and identifying the factors that influence the emergence of illegal dumping sites, enabling targeted interventions to address root causes. By employing machine learning techniques, we develop predictive models to identify areas at high risk of illegal dumping, supporting proactive measures for prevention. To enhance decision-making and resource allocation, we also generate heatmaps that visualize the likelihood of illegal dumping occurrences, providing an intuitive and actionable overview for stakeholders. This project exemplifies the integration of technology and innovation to address environmental challenges and promote sustainable urban management.
